The above documents provide a summary of the information submitted by the 2002 Baldrige Award recipients in their application for the Award. The summaries include the organization's responses to each Criteria Category as well as the appropriate results for that Category.

Actual applications for the Baldrige Award are confidential. The 2002 Award recipients have provided these summaries of their applications in the interest of knowledge sharing. All proprietary information has been removed.
